Dried Aluminium Hydroxide 250mg, Magnesium Hydroxide 250mg, Activated Simethicone 50mg, and Sorbitol Sol. 1.25gm Syrup belongs to the group of medicines called antacids. It helps relieve acidity, heartburn, indigestion, stomach upset, and gastritis problems namely inflammation of the stomach. The stomach is protected from the acid with the help of the upper layers called mucous. When there is excessive production of acid, the layer called mucous erods thereby leading to conditions called heartburn, inflammation, presence of acidity, burning sensation, etc.
